Welcome to City Glow London. By booking an appointment with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly where applicable.
Please ensure that all information provided when making a booking is accurate and up to date. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully paid.
Please browse our services and choose the treatment that best suits your needs. If you have a specific nail art design in mind, please send us a photo via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can prepare accordingly.
2. Deposits & Payments
A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment unless otherwise stated.
Deposits and online payments are processed securely through Stripe, our approved payment provider. City Glow London does not have access to or store your full payment card details. All appointments and bookings are managed through Acuity Scheduling.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule within the final 24 hours before your appointment, please contact us directly via our WhatsApp line. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this period may be subject to our cancellation policy and deposit conditions.
4. Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can sometimes happen. If you arrive up to 20 minutes late, the decision on whether the appointment can still go ahead will be at the discretion of City Glow London and the technician responsible for your appointment.
If the technician agrees to continue with the appointment, we reserve the right to shorten, modify or adjust the treatment according to the remaining appointment time. No refund or reduction in price will be provided in these circumstances.
If you arrive 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
5. No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, this will be treated as a no-show.
Deposits for missed appointments may not be refunded, and repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform us before your appointment of any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or previous reactions to beauty or nail products.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and relevant information before treatment. This helps us take appropriate precautions and determine whether a treatment is suitable for you.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it may not be suitable or safe.
7. Treatment Suitability
We may assess the condition of your natural nails, skin or other relevant factors before beginning a treatment.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone or modify a service if we believe that proceeding may not be suitable or safe.
8. Women-Only Studio
City Glow London is a women-only studio, and appointments are currently available to female clients only.
We kindly ask male clients not to book. Any bookings made by male clients will unfortunately need to be cancelled and refunded.
9. Guests
As our studio is small and intimate, we kindly ask that clients bring no more than one guest with them at any one time.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
10. Parking
Parking in our area is free, but spaces can be limited as the street is often very busy. We recommend parking on a nearby street, just a 2-minute walk from the studio.
Please allow enough time to find parking and arrive promptly for your appointment.
11. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Appointment
We reserve the right to refuse, modify or cancel an appointment where necessary, including where:
A treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe;
The client has an open wound, cut or broken skin in the treatment area.
There are signs of a fungal, bacterial or other contagious infection or skin condition.
The treatment may pose a health or safety risk to the client, our staff or other clients.
The client arrives with a condition that makes the requested treatment unsuitable or unsafe.
Relevant health, allergy or sensitivity information has not been disclosed;
Our booking terms have not been followed;
The appointment has been booked incorrectly; or
Cancellation is necessary for the safety, comfort or wellbeing of our clients or staff.
Where City Glow London cancels an appointment and a refund is due, this will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
12. Prices & Services
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that service descriptions and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, services, prices and availability may change from time to time. We reserve the right to update or amend these without prior notice.
13. Website Content & Copyright
All original content created for City Glow London, including original text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos and other materials, remains the property of City Glow London unless otherwise stated.
Our original website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Some product images, logos and brand materials displayed on our website belong to their respective manufacturers or trademark owners and may be used for informational or illustrative purposes. All rights to such third-party content remain with their respective owners.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, booking procedures or legal requirements.
